John and Jenny - Owners

John began as an independent business owner in 1990, and officially started Alert Monitoring in 1994.

John and Jenny saw the need for a highly customer care focused Dunedin based alarm monitoring company that was small enough to care yet had the depth of industry knowledge to cater for the needs of the Dunedin and New Zealand market.

This need for a hands-on, personal service has become ever more important with many independent New Zealand companies being acquired by multinationals and customer services standards moving overseas and often drastically declining.

John and Jenny strongly believe that the road to success when building a business is with happy customers. This is why John and Jenny insist on being approachable and are happy to speak with their customers at any time.
